# EiE will be at the National Science Teacher Association Virtual Conference 2020!

This week, we’re thrilled to announce that EiE is participating in the National Science Teacher Association (NSTA) Engage20 Virtual Conference! 

This year’s three-day conference will include sessions designed for educators of all kinds - from those teaching elementary age learners to post-secondary students - and feature leaders from all over the industry sharing their insights with us.

Highlighted speakers include a keynote session featuring Jane Luu of The Kavli Foundation as she discusses How Science Progresses and the story of Pluto and the Kuiper Belt, as well as Tips, Techniques, and Tricks for Motivating Students by Master Educator Michael DiSpezio.

Of course, EiE and the Museum of Science will be hosting two sessions, focusing on PreK-Grade 5 learners and their unique needs during early childhood engineering lessons! Take a look: 

## EiE Session 1: 

## Engineering Solutions for Diverse Learners

## Friday, November 13 from 4:05 PM – 4:50 PM EST

Join us as we explore how to support ALL K-5 students as they engage in STEM learning. This interactive session will focus on scaffolding engineering experiences to assist English-language learners and other students in need of additional support while enriching learning for everyone.

## Age-Appropriate Engineering Design for Early Childhood

## November 14, 2020, 12:15 PM - 01:00 PM EST

Examine similarities and differences in age-appropriate engineering practices and design parameters for preK–2 children through discussion, hands-on activities, and classroom videos.
