# Boost Science Learning in Your K - 5 Classroom with Multimedia Resources from EiE

We asked elementary teachers who were already using the [Engineering is Elementary curriculum](http://www.eie.org/eie-curriculum), “What other resources would help you teach your best?” You said you’d like links to additional online resources about the science topics connected to each engineering unit.

Students get really engaged when they’re learning science and engineering . . . and once they get excited about [how maglev trains work](http://www.eie.org/eie-curriculum/curriculum-units/attraction-obvious-designing-maglev-systems), or how to protect the environment by [cleaning up an oil spill](http://www.eie.org/eie-curriculum/curriculum-units/slick-solution-cleaning-oil-spill), they naturally want to learn more. But you don’t have time to research the most interesting, age-appropriate short videos and interactives. So our team has done that work for you.

There’s one Science Resources list for each of the [20 EiE units](http://www.eie.org/eie-curriculum/curriculum-units). Just find the unit you’re teaching on our [Curriculum Units page](http://www.eie.org/eie-curriculum/curriculum-units), click through, and scroll down to the table that says “Resources for This Unit.”

Each Science Resources list includes links to engaging online interactives and videos that your students will enjoy—and learn from. As a bonus, we’ve identified readings for you, the teacher, to help you boost your own science and engineering subject-matter knowledge, quickly and enjoyably.
